This whisky is a part of the Wood Finish Series, a testament to Billy Walker’s extensive network of specialized producers worldwide. Through this network, he sources top-tier casks that impeccably enhance the ‘GlenAllachie spirit.’
Moscatel Finish This delightful, fruity whisky matures for over 8 years in premium American oak ex-bourbon casks. For an added layer of complexity, the spirit is meticulously transferred to carefully selected moscatel casks. Here, it gracefully rests for an additional 42 months.
Originating from Portugal, these Moscatel casks impart floral aromas and contribute to a velvety texture. With distinctive notes of tart fruit and indulgent toffee, this bronze-hued malt whisky becomes a true indulgence for the palate, delivering a sensory treat that captivates the senses.
