In the rugged climate of Skye, a powerful single malt whisky has been quietly created: Talisker 8 years Special Release 2021. The packaging of this whisky is decorated with a sea monster that watches over the environment around the distillery and at the same time infuses all whisky that leaves the distillery with powerful brine aroma flavors. The end result makes the Talisker a powerful single malt with aromas of grain, seaweed and smoke, while flavors of salt, sweetness, smoke and peat dominate in the mouth. In the aftertaste mainly smoke lingers.

This whisky has a sweet, maritime character emerges on the nose, alongside seaweed and smoke. The palate is soft, oily and with lingering salty, peaty, and smoky notes. The finish is persistent, warming, and a good deal smoky.
