Tasting note
Cuatro Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Finish: In terms of smell, this is a syrupy sweetness with dried fruit.
The taste mainly consists of fruit syrup, dried fruit, herbs, creamy and warm tones of heather and oak. And the finish is long and sweet.
Bodegas Tradicion Sherry V.O.S. 20 years: In terms of smell, this one is balanced and sweet with sun-dried grapes and fruit. In terms of taste, you end up with figs, raisins, dried apricots and prunes with a hint of coffee and licorice. The finish is complex and long.
