The Rosebank 1990 Vintage is a unique ‘Distillery bottling’ from 1990. A rare single salt whisky from the Lowlands region of Scotland. Distilled shortly before the distillery closed in 1993 and a limited edition of 4000 bottles bottled at 48.1% original issued by the distillery itself. Since the Rosebank distillery closed in 1993, the second official bottling of the Lowland distillery with an almost mythical reputation has been released. From the distillery that closed its doors in the 1990s, a few casks remain. Of these, the whisky has rested and matured in oak barrels for over three decades.
The Rosebank 31 Years Old Lowland Single Malt also comes from these unique casks. Despite its ripe age, the whisky still has lively citrus tones and the fresh notes of lime and lemongrass. Rosebank 31 years 2022 is a limited edition single malt whisky from the absolute premium segment. This is the second part of a luxury whisky series in which qualities in the whisky that have given Rosebank the title ‘King of The Lowlands’ are present in abundance.

Tasting note
Aromas of citrus, lemongrass, coriander, cloves, vanilla and almonds provide a pleasant and stimulating sensation in the nose. Light and complex in taste with rich influences of mint, chamomile, leather, berries and banana bread. Despite its age, still light and lively. The finish is long and has a peachy sweetness, hints of oak and notes of spice.
