The Rosebank 1990 Vintage is a unique ‘Distillery bottling’ from 1990, representing a rare single malt whisky from the Lowlands region of Scotland. Distilled shortly before the distillery’s closure in 1993. Following the closure of Rosebank in 1993, the third official release from this legendary Lowland distillery has now been unveiled. A few casks from the distillery’s final years remain, in which the whisky has matured in oak barrels for over three decades.
The Rosebank 32 Years Old Lowland Single Malt also hails from these exclusive casks. Despite its venerable age, the whisky retains vibrant citrus tones, complemented by fresh notes of lime and lemongrass. The Rosebank 32 Years Old 2023 edition is a limited release single malt whisky from the pinnacle of the premium segment. This offering represents the third installment in a prestigious whisky series, showcasing the qualities that have earned Rosebank the esteemed title of ‘King of The Lowlands’ in abundance.

Tasting note
This 32 Year Old whisky is rich and complex, yet maintains elegance and balance. It presents sweet aromas of pineapple and candied ginger intertwined with lemon and marzipan, accompanied by hints of white pepper and café latte. The mouthfeel is velvety, with a robust body and notes of malt, thyme, butterscotch, tropical fruits, drying oak, and gently warming spices. The finish is soft and prolonged, featuring notes of lemon, honeyed porridge, and toasted walnut. As the final release in our global legacy series, this whisky perfectly embodies the qualities that have earned Rosebank its esteemed title as the ‘King of the Lowlands’.
