With this 18 year old Arran the series, ‘Road to 18’, is complete. The launch of this single malt whiskey is a fantastic milestone. Only 9000 bottles have been released worldwide. This Limited Edition is a delicious Whisky from the Arran brand. This Whiskey is distilled in the beautiful Isle of Arran and is bottled at 46% ABV.
The ‘Road to 18’ series is the distillery’s journey towards releasing their oldest whisky after opening, 18 years later. Two previous editions were released before this one. Bronze for the 16 year old single malt, silver for the 17 year old single malt and the masterpiece, gold for the 18 year old single malt. The very first and very limited series by Arran. Only less than 10,000 bottles per edition have been released worldwide.

Tasting note
In the nose its sweet and fruity. A light vanilla with tropical fruits, peach and banana with a slightly spicy touch. The taste is sweet and slightly creamy with a spicy touch. The sweetness of caramel and honey and a bit bitterness of green apples. The aftertaste is long and lingers nicely in the mouth.
